Website and commission terms
Terms & Conditions
Terms for using the site and commissioning Wiseland Studio, including contracts, intellectual property, cancellation and refunds.

Scope
Using the site and submitting the form accepts these terms for site use. A form submission is an invitation to assess a project; it does not by itself create a contract, require us to accept the work or require payment. Paid work starts under a separate written proposal or contract identifying the parties, scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment method and revision rules.
Information and communication
You are responsible for accurate information and authority to supply submitted materials. An early estimate is not binding until confirmed in writing. Timelines depend on timely content, feedback and approvals from the client.
Fees, payment and cryptocurrency
The proposal states the amount, currency, payment stages and network fees. A blockchain transfer is generally irreversible, but that does not remove statutory refund rights. The contract must state the reference asset, rate or amount and method for any refund. A deposit may be applied only to completed work, properly reserved capacity and express lawful contract terms; it is not automatically non-refundable.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Mandatory consumer rights in the consumer's jurisdiction continue to apply. Iranian distance-contract rules generally provide at least seven working days to withdraw. If a client expressly asks for performance to begin before that period ends, the request and its effect on withdrawal rights must be recorded in the contract. After work begins, any refund is assessed against the unperformed portion, evidenced costs and lawful contract terms. If the studio cannot deliver the agreed service, the amount attributable to the unperformed part is refunded. Nothing here excludes rights that law does not allow us to exclude.
Revisions, delivery and delay
The proposal defines design directions, revision rounds, file formats and acceptance. Work outside scope may require additional time and fees. Delays in client content or feedback may move the schedule; the project contract sets out pause and termination rules.
Intellectual property and portfolio use
Until full payment, rights intended for transfer remain with the studio. After full payment, final-work rights are assigned or licensed only as the contract states. Rejected concepts, tools, code and pre-existing components remain excluded unless expressly agreed. The client warrants that it has permission to use supplied copy, images, logos, trademarks and files. Portfolio publication is subject to the contract, client permission and confidentiality commitments.
Copyright concerns
If you own a work and believe material on this site was published without the necessary permission, email wiselandstudio@gmail.com with the exact page URL, identification of the work, evidence of your authority and contact details. We will review the claim and may restrict access while it is assessed. This process is not an admission of liability before review.
Site use
You may not sell or systematically extract site content, bypass security, disrupt the service, or use the studio name or work misleadingly. We do not control external links. Educational material is general information rather than advice tailored to your circumstances.
Liability and governing law
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Subject to express project commitments and rights that cannot lawfully be limited, each party's liability is defined in the project contract. Iranian law governs these terms, while mandatory consumer protection in a user's home jurisdiction remains effective where applicable. Disputes should first be raised in writing for good-faith negotiation, then taken to the competent legal forum.
