Who is responsible for the data?
Wiseland Studio operates this website and controls information submitted directly through it. Email wiselandstudio@gmail.com to ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion. The contracting party's full legal details and correspondence address are supplied in the proposal or contract before any paid engagement.
What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email, requested services and project brief. A phone number, social handles, colour preference and style preference are optional. We also record the time and version of your acceptance of this notice and the site terms.
If you allow analytics, we record page paths, time and interaction type, referring address, a random identifier for the current browser session, browser information, the country code supplied by Cloudflare and a shortened IP address. Infrastructure security logs may retain an IP address and technical request data for a limited period to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal at your request before a contract.
- To perform a contract, deliver services and keep necessary financial or legal records.
- To measure site use only when you have allowed optional analytics.
- To protect the service, prevent spam and maintain reliability where technically necessary and in our legitimate interests, balanced against visitor rights.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only as needed with the VPS host, Cloudflare for content delivery and security, and the email provider. Those providers may process data outside your country. Any additional project tools and transfers are explained in the relevant proposal or contract.
Retention
Analytics events are retained for no more than 13 months. Enquiries are kept while they are assessed and afterwards where reasonably needed for follow-up, contract records or legal claims, then deleted or anonymised. Security logs rotate under infrastructure retention settings. You may request earlier deletion, subject to legal record-keeping or an active dispute.
Your rights and choices
You may ask what information we hold, obtain a copy, correct inaccurate data and, where applicable, restrict processing or request deletion. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time. Withdrawal does not undo prior lawful processing. We may proportionately verify your identity and connection to the information before acting on a request.
Security and children
We use HTTPS, access controls, request rate limits and backups. No internet transmission is risk-free. The site is not designed to collect children's information; please contact us if you believe a child submitted information without appropriate authority.
